Promoting sports and fitness in our nursery to ensure children grow to be happy and healthy.

At our nursery, we are delighted to offer basketball and hurdles as exciting extracurricular activities for young children. Through these engaging sports, children experience a range of benefits that contribute to their overall growth and development.

In our basketball sessions, children learn essential skills such as dribbling, shooting, and teamwork. They develop hand-eye coordination, agility, and motor skills while enjoying themselves. Basketball also fosters communication, sportsmanship, and resilience, as children work together in a team setting and learn the value of perseverance.

Our hurdle activities provide children with an opportunity to enhance their physical abilities and coordination. As they practice jumping over hurdles, they build strength, balance, and body awareness. Hurdles encourage goal-setting and determination as children challenge themselves to overcome obstacles.

Enhnacing children's skills and development through a variety of activities

At our nursery, we are thrilled to offer SS Coaching Multi Sports as an exciting extracurricular activity. This programme introduces a variety of sports and physical activities, providing a well-rounded experience for our little ones. Through Multi Sports, children develop fundamental motor skills, coordination, and physical fitness, as well as learning essential values such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and perseverance. Engaging in multiple sports at a young age helps children explore their interests, build confidence, and develop a lifelong passion for an active and healthy lifestyle.
