Who we are
Offering a homely and secure setting for children to flourish
Stowmarket Pre-school works closely with parents to ensure each child leaves nursery confident and ready for their next stage of learning.
Stowmarket Nursery and Pre-school are set across two sites, ensuring that we are able to give children a truly unique and special nursery experience. Children start their journey at our Stowmarket Nursery and finish here at our Stowmarket Pre-school. We are just a short walk away from the nursery and offer the same home from home experience. The environment is carefully designed to prepare children for the transition to ‘big school’. Visit our Nursery page here.
We have two large rooms, which offer a wide variety of different learning opportunities and experiences. Our outdoor play area consists of plenty of room for running and playing, a mud kitchen, loose part construction areas, water walls and a sand pit.

YOUR OPTIONS
Simple and straight-forward
Our nurseries have many outstanding and unique qualities, that you’ll want to see and experience for yourself.
Fee CalculatorBecause of this, we prefer to discuss individual day nursery costs with you during a tour of your preferred setting.
We do, however, have our fee calculator below which can give you a rough estimate of how much it may cost to send your child to your chosen nursery.
Please note that certain factors such as funding can affect these costs, so we suggest that you communicate directly with the Nursery Manager to receive an accurate quote that fulfils your requirements.
AVAILABLE FUNDING
Helping pay for your childcare
Understandably, the cost of day nursery can put many mums and dads off choosing it as an option. But there are a range of Government schemes open to parents that can make nursery affordable – and we will do everything we can to help you understand the choices and access the funding that you might be eligible for.
Tax-Free Childcare – For working families earning under £100k and at least £131 per week (equal to 16 hours at the National Minimum or Living Wage) each who aren’t receiving Tax Credits, Universal Credit or childcare voucher.
15 hours and 30 hours Funded Childcare – For many working parents of 2 year olds, and 3 – 4 year olds for 38 weeks each year.
STOWMARKET PRE-SCHOOL TEAM
We pride ourselves on providing quality childcare.
"We have passion for providing an exciting and ever-changing environment for our children to explore, learn, and develop their curiosity, awe and wonder. Our objective is to deliver a range of different opportunities and experiences, which encourages our children to ask questions and talk about things they have discovered and learnt."
