  • Who we are

Supporting mums and dads in this remote part of Oxfordshire

As the only nursery in Heyford Park, Heyford Day Nursery is a real blessing for parents and grandparents living or working nearby.

It’s a light, bright purpose-built nursery that feels welcoming and safe from the moment you step inside. The children here love how much outdoor space they have to run, jump, play and explore with their nursery friends. And mums and dads love the range of activities that the children can enjoy as part of the local Heyford Park community.

  • YOUR OPTIONS

    Simple and straight-forward

As a guide, the average cost of sending a child under 2 to an Old Station Nursery is £150 per week (part-time) and £300 per week (full-time).

Our nurseries have many outstanding and unique qualities that you’ll want to see and experience for yourself. Because of this, we prefer to discuss individual day nursery costs with you during your visit to the nursery you’re interested in.

    AVAILABLE FUNDING

    Helping pay for your childcare

Understandably, the cost of day nursery can put many mums and dads off choosing it as an option. But there are a range of Government schemes open to parents that can make nursery affordable – and we will do everything we can to help you understand the choices and access the funding that you might be eligible for.

Tax-Free Childcare  – For working families earning under £100k and at least £131 per week (equal to 16 hours at the National Minimum or Living Wage) each who aren’t receiving Tax Credits, Universal Credit or childcare voucher.

15 hours and 30 hours Funded Childcare  – For many working parents of 2 year olds, and 3 – 4 year olds for 38 weeks each year.

The Heyford Nursery Team

We love seeing children spread their wings and fly high

“We have a really great new building on the airfield at Heyford Park, with room to play and explore. Families travel to the nursery on foot and by car, from local houses and further afield from nearby villages. All are welcome!”
