The Old Station Nursery Bishopton is located next to Bishopton Primary School, making it an ideal location to help prepare your child for their transition into school. The Pre-school has been carefully designed to enable the children to self-select resources and activities.

The Pre-school is located on the grounds of Bishopton Primary School, on Drayton Avenue. We are ideally located close to the A46 and Bishopton train station, for any parents commuting. Parking is available on site, making drop-off and pick-up easier.

He’s really grown in confidence and his speech, literacy and numeracy skills are improving daily since he started attending the school. "Since joining the preschool, our little one is constantly counting and pointing out letters of the alphabet and is just so much more confident with others! He gets so excited going in Monday to Friday and then loves telling us all about his day! When we went to visit the preschool we instantly fell in love with the character of the setting. It had such a warmth to it! We also fell in love with the staff. I have nothing but high praise for our little one's key worker. Seeing how she interacts with the children one by one as they go in, it's obvious from her kind and caring nature, she is the perfect person for the job. But there are a range of Government schemes open to parents that can make nursery affordable and we will do everything we can to help you understand the choices and access the funding that you might be eligible for.
Tax-Free Childcare – For working families earning under £100k and at least £131 per week (equal to 16 hours at the National Minimum or Living Wage) each who aren’t receiving Tax Credits, Universal Credit or childcare vouchers.
15 hours and 30 hours Funded Childcare – For many working parents of 2 year olds, and 3 – 4 year olds for 38 weeks each year.
