Meet the team

Sarah founded The Old Station Nursery Group in 2002 and is responsible in ensuring effectiveness of setting and implementing the company’s direction and strategy. She is involved with the NDNA as a Policy Board member as well as representing the company with the Department of Education and the OFSTED Big Conversation.

Adelle is the CEO of the company, responsible for managing overall operations, and setting the company's strategic direction. She provides leadership for all aspects of the company's operations with an emphasis on long-term goals and growth.

Claire leads the Operations Department at The Old Station Nursery Group, overseeing the day to day running of the company. Claire is responsible for the operational teams across the group as well as the Quality team and Facilities team. As part of the Senior Management Team, she works closely with other Senior Leaders, Department Heads and colleagues in France.

As CFO, Andy leads the Finance Department at The Old Station Nursery Group. He is also responsible for the IT Department as well as business transformation across the company. As part of the Senior Management Team, he works closely with other Senior Leaders, Department Heads and colleagues in France.

Helena leads the Mergers and Acquisitions team and collaborates with the team in the UK as well as in France. Helena works closely with nursery groups interested in joining The Old Station Nursery Group.

Debbie leads the HR department at The Old Station Nursery Group and is responsible for our people across the group. As part of the Senior Management Team, she works closely with other Senior Leaders, Department Heads and colleagues in France.

Jo leads the marketing department at The Old Station Nursery Group and is responsible for the marketing strategy across the group. As part of the Senior Management Team, she works closely with other Senior Leaders, Department Heads and colleagues in France.

Hugo leads the business transformation across the company and manages the integration team at the Old Station Nursery Group. He works closely with the Senior Leaders, Department Heads and colleagues in France.

Emma leads the Quality and Training team and is responsible for delivering the company’s high quality care and education strategy. Emma and her team deliver a system of quality monitoring and support programmes; as well as continuously reviewing and developing all of the company’s policies, quality toolkits and training resources.

Tracy is an Operations Manager at The Old Station Nursery and leads a team of Area Managers, ensuring the success of the region. Tracy is responsible for the delivery of quality practice in nurseries, ensuring family and employee satisfaction within the cluster, working in collaboration with other departments supporting nurseries needs. Tracy ensures regulatory compliance in line with the vision and values of the group.

Jenna is the Area Manager for a selection of nurseries for our Buckinghamshire, Essex, and London locations. As an area manager, Jenna’s role is very people centred, with children and staff at the heart of everything she does. Jenna is the main point of contact and support for her nursery managers; alongside overseeing day to day nursery operations and the effective implementation of policies and procedures.

Sara is the Area Manager for a selection of nurseries in our Essex, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, and London locations. As an area manager, Sara’s role is very people centred, with children and staff at the heart of everything she does. Sara is the main point of contact and support for her nursery managers; alongside overseeing day to day nursery operations and the effective implementation of policies and procedures.

Roz is the Area Manager for a selection of nurseries in Northamptonshire and Warwickshire. As an area manager, Roz's role is very people centred, with children and staff at the heart of everything she does. Vicki is the Area Manager for a selection of nurseries in our Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire locations.. As an area manager, Vicki’s role is very people centred, with children and staff at the heart of everything she does. Vicki is the main point of contact and support for her nursery managers; alongside overseeing day to day nursery operations and the effective implementation of policies and procedures.

Georgina is the Area Manager for a selection for nurseries in our Warwickshire, Worcestershire, and Stratford-upon-Avon locations. As an area manager, Georgina’s role is very people centred, with children and staff at the heart of everything she does. Georgina is the main point of contact and support for her nursery managers; alongside overseeing day to day nursery operations and the effective implementation of policies and procedures.

Paul is the Area Manager for a selection of nurseries for our Devon, Portsmouth, and Devizes locations. As an area manager, Paul's role is very people centred, with children and staff at the heart of everything he does. Paul is the main point of contact and support for his nursery managers; alongside overseeing day to day nursery operations and the effective implementation of policies and procedures.

Kirsty is the Head of Operations at The Old Station Nursery Group, and works in collaboration with the Chief Operations Officer, deputising in her absence. Kirsty works with other Heads of Departments, supporting with projects and processes across the group to ensure operational success, in line with company vision and values. Kirsty supports with new acquisitions and works closely with the Operations Manager and Area Managers providing leadership, strategy, and vision across the operational team.
