The most recent Ofsted inspection mentioned that “Children are safe, secure, and confident at the nursery. They enjoy a variety of activities based on their interests.

It continued with saying that “Practitioners plan an effective curriculum based on what they know and understand about their key children’s interests and stage of development. For example, children have a keen interest in dinosaurs, and so practitioners provide activities that engage and inspire them.

The nursery provides a safe and enriching setting for children to grow, learn and play. The team ensure that there are plenty of fun and stimulating learning and developmental opportunities for all the children.

Commenting on the recent grading, Nursery Manager Steph commented “This is a really lovely report to read, that expresses all the wonderful daily activities and events that the team do to provide exciting play experiences for children in our care. I am extremely proud of the setting and the team and pleased that this was reflected in our recent inspection.”

Adelle Taylor, the CEO of The Old Station Nursery Group, also commented: “Well done to the team at The Old Station Nursery Faringdon for their recent Ofsted grading of ‘Good’. Thank you to everyone for their continued hard work.”

Named as the 13th largest nursery group in the UK (Nursery Chains league, March 2023), The Old Station Nursery Group cares for up to 5335 children in 79 nurseries across the UK.
