To celebrate National Tree Week, The Old Station Nursery Group is proud to share that we’ve helped to reforest over 20 trees through our partnership with PrintReleaf. Across our 70+ nurseries, we’re turning our sustainability goals into action, helping to restore global forests and nurture a greener planet for future generations.
At The Old Station Nursery, caring for the environment is a key part of who we are. From outdoor learning to eco-friendly initiatives, we believe that nurturing a love for nature starts from a young age. Through Our Wonderful World, part of our Brighter Learning Approach, children are encouraged to explore the natural world around them, developing curiosity, care, and respect for the planet we share.
This National Tree Week, we’re celebrating a milestone that reflects our commitment; our nurseries have collectively helped reforest over 20 trees through our partnership with PrintReleaf.
PrintReleaf automatically measures our paper usage across all 70+ nurseries and offsets it through verified reforestation projects worldwide. That means every sheet of paper used within our settings contributes to planting new trees in areas that need them most. By taking part in this initiative, our teams are helping to protect forests, restore habitats, and support biodiversity, all while demonstrating to children the importance of caring for the world around them.
This National Tree Week, as communities across the UK come together to plant and celebrate trees, we’re proud to be playing our part too. Together, we’re growing more than minds – we’re growing forests. 🌳
