Spooky season inspired some creative learning fun at Droitwich Nursery! After plenty of chatter about scary skeletons, we decided to make our very own.
The activity began with a full-body outline of one of our friends, turning a simple drawing into the framework for a skeleton masterpiece. Together, we added bones, learning a little about anatomy in a fun and engaging way.
Next, we got even more hands-on—literally! The children traced around their hands and carefully added the “bones” to complete their mini skeleton designs. This tactile activity sparked curiosity and creativity, while also developing fine motor skills and teamwork.
