We are delighted to announce that The Old Station Nursery Forest School Devizes has been named a finalist in 2 categories at the prestigious NMT Nursery Awards 2026 - Nursery Outdoor Learning Environment of the Year and Forest/Beach School of the Year.
The awards recognise exciting and inspiring outdoor spaces. At Devizes, children spend their days outdoors in a dedicated woodland and meadow environment designed for exploration, challenge and discovery, helping them grow in confidence, self-esteem and enjoy co-operative play.
Our forest school, meadow and gardens give children the freedom to explore, solve problems, overcome challenges, and care for the natural world, building strong confidence through meaningful hands-on experiences.

The double finalist recognition is another exciting milestone for Devizes, as it celebrates its extensive refurbishment and rebrand.
Celebrating success across The Old Station Nursery Group
The Old Station Nursery has received four finalist places for this year’s awards. Alongside Devizes’ double achievement, the Group has been shortlisted for Nursery Group of the Year (Large), while Lisa Hillyard, Assistant Manager at Sunhill Day Nursery Berkhamsted is a finalist for SENCo of the Year.
