On Monday 11th November, children at hdc Dartington Nursery marked Remembrance Day by baking and decorating poppy-themed biscuits.
At hdc Dartington Nursery, part of The Old Station Nursery Group, learning is always hands-on and meaningful. On Monday 11th November, the children honoured Remembrance Day by baking and decorating poppy-themed biscuits. This activity allowed the children to measure, mix, and decorate while learning about the significance of the day in a creative and interactive way. The beautifully decorated biscuits not only looked like poppies but also provided an engaging way to discuss remembrance and reflection.
