Employee of the Month at The Avenues Montessori Nursery

We’re thrilled to announce that Vicky has been awarded November’s Employee of the Month at The Avenues Montessori Nursery. Although Vicky has only been with us for just over a month, she has already made a remarkable difference in the classroom and across the nursery.

Her ability to engage the children with exciting and thoughtful activities has been noticed by both staff and parents alike. Vicky’s teaching style sparks curiosity, and she effortlessly connects with the children, gaining insight into their individual interests and helping them expand their knowledge and understanding.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Vicky, who has two children of her own, was treated to a well-deserved cinema voucher and treats for a family movie night. A huge thank you to Vicky for all of her hard work, passion, and dedication! We’re lucky to have her on our team!
