There’s a new chapter unfolding at our nursery in Harpole.
Harpole Day Nursery has officially become The Old Station Nursery Harpole, following a refurbishment that has brought fresh energy to a place where children have been learning, playing and growing for many years.
For families, there’s a new name and a fresh new look to discover, but at the heart of the nursery, the things that matter most remain the same: familiar faces, caring relationships and a team that knows that every child has their own way of exploring the world.
Made for curious minds
Step inside the newly refurbished nursery and you’ll find spaces designed to encourage children to get involved, have a go and follow their curiosity.
The environments are brighter, warmer and more welcoming, with opportunities for children to learn through play, explore their interests and turn everyday moments into new discoveries.
Our bespoke All Aboard Approach, alongside the Early Years Foundation Stage, helps shape these experiences. Whether children are creating, investigating, getting outdoors or simply asking a question that takes their learning somewhere unexpected, we want them to feel confident to explore what comes next.
Still proudly part of Harpole
The nursery has been part of the Harpole and wider Northampton community under the Bambinos name and has been operated by The Old Station Nursery since 2021.
Now, becoming The Old Station Nursery Harpole brings us together under one shared identity and connects our local nursery with a wider family of settings across the organisation.
That means sharing ideas, experience and learning with colleagues across our nurseries, while continuing to celebrate what makes Harpole special. Our community remains at the heart of what we do.
A new chapter, together
For our team, this is more than a change of name. It’s an opportunity to build on what has already been created and continue investing in a place where children feel happy, confident and ready to learn.
We’re looking forward to all the moments still to come – the friendships, the questions, the muddy adventures, the proud smiles and those wonderful moments when a child realises, “I can do it!”
Here’s to the next chapter at The Old Station Nursery Harpole – and all the growing, discovering and learning we’ll do together.
