This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Sarah, who has been with Whitstable for an incredible 19 years!
At Choochoos Day Nursery Whitstable we are thrilled to celebrate Sarah during this week’s Employee Appreciation. Sarah has been a dedicated and cherished member of our team for an amazing 19 years, and we are so lucky to have her.
Sarah is more than just our talented chef; she is an integral part of the children’s learning journey. One of the children’s favourite activities is ‘Cooking Around the World’ with Sarah. Every week, she introduces the children to different cultures and cuisines, inspiring curiosity and expanding their knowledge about food and the world around them.
This appreciation was extra special as it was part of our staff wellbeing initiative. Karla, our last employee to be nominated, spun the staff wellbeing wheel, and it landed on choosing the next employee to celebrate. Sarah was Karla’s heartfelt choice, and we couldn’t agree more.
Sarah’s dedication, warmth, and creativity make her an irreplaceable part of our nursery. Thank you, Sarah, for all that you do—you truly are an asset to our team!
