    You will get to build a huge network of colleagues and connections, supporting the teams in maintaining high levels of care and education in their setting and you will work closely with the Area Manager and our team of Managers to ensure consistency for the teams and families at each site.     Filkins Nursery is a small 30 place nursery situated in a picturesque Cotswold village, 3 miles from Carterton and 2 miles from Lechlade.
