Purchasing policy

Thanks for your feedback on our purchasing - I don’t see any problem with buying ‘value’ fromage frais or other similar value products, as many of us use these at home and it is not an indication of quality but rather a marketing tool. However, I do share your views on buying eggs from caged hens and will remind all our cooks that they should be ordering free range eggs wherever possible.
